Committee Mission
Our committee operates as part of the Friends of the Lottie & Arthur Temple Civic Center, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. Our mission is to support the Civic Center staff and present events that improve the quality of life for those living in Diboll, Texas.

All members of the Diboll Festival Committee are unpaid volunteers, providing their time and resources to create lasting memories for citizens of Diboll and the surrounding area.

Justin Barkley
Committee President
Justin is the director of the TLL Temple Memorial Library and involved with numerous community volunteer groups
Loretta Christmas
Festival Director
Loretta is the director of the Lottie & Arthur Temple Civic Center and the main contact for all of the Committee's festival events
